I offer confidential counselling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and CBT

to individuals, couples and small groups.

 

Therapy and counselling are both words used to describe the sort of professional guidance which is useful in resolving emotional problems. Sometimes counselling is shorter-term, which an help with issues such as bereavement and stress management. Psychotherapy provides the opportunity for deeper self analysis, allowing time to resolve issues which have probably been around for some time.  We can discuss which will benefit you most when we meet.

  • Do you find yourself dwelling on your problems daily in a way which prevents you from getting on with your life?

  • Are you finding that the way you think about yourself or your life makes you feel unwell, unsettled or unhappy?

  • Do you want someone to talk to about the way you feel but don't want to burden your friends/family?
