Everything we do and everything we feel has a reason. 
Understanding this reason is the key to understanding ourselves.
Understanding ourselves is the best way to make sense of the life we lead and our relationships with others. 

Many of us carry around unresolved issues, hoping that they will go away and trying to convince ourselves that we have found a way of coping with or avoiding them.  Inevitably however this usually only works for a certain length of time, after which physical symptoms can add to our discomfort which makes it even harder to ignore what is going on.  Once your body is shouting this loudly, it's time to listen!

Physical symptoms such as headaches, digestive disorders, sleep disturbance, lethargy or overworking, panicky sensations and mood swings may be a result of one or a combination of the following:
