the group is invited to explore the

Week 2 – Who do I want to be? Understanding your obstacles
Week 3 – How do I change? Formulating your personal development
plan
Week 4 – How will I feel? Exploring your emotions
Week 5 – Am I ready to move on? Preparing for your future
Week 6 – Is it OK to succeed? Acknowledging yourself
