SELF DEVELOPMENT GROUP

Thursday evening
6.30pm - 8.30pm
for 6 weeks

Maximum group size 6 people

                                                                                                    Week 2 – Who do I want to be? Understanding your obstacles.

                                                                                                    Week 3 – How do I change? Formulating your personal development plan.

                                                                                                    Week 4 – How will I feel? Exploring your emotions.

                                                                                                    Week 5 – Am I ready to move on? Preparing for your future.

                                                                                                    Week 6 – Is it OK to succeed? Acknowledging yourself.
